Terms and Conditions : The Prader-Willi syndrome association of Colorado (PWSACO) agrees that information submitted hereunder is confidential and intended solely for the use of PWSACO. PWSACO agrees it will not disclose any information to any parties except board members and staff, but will not be held liable for unintentional dissemination including theft.
Grantee agrees to submit progress reporting if deemed necessary by PWSACO and to return the funds hereunder to PWSACO if they are used for an improper purpose or for goods or services not listed on the application.
Grantee shall indemnify and hold PWSACO harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses and costs damages, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees and amount paid in settlement of any claim), brought, claimed or rendered against PWSACO arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. PWSACO accepts no liability for the content of this application or any information received by it from the Grantee, or for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided.
